July 2024 (Vol. 19, Issue 7)

Greetings Paddocks Press Fan!

In this month's edition of Paddocks Press, Professor Graham Paddock explores three relevant and topical issues ranging from Part Two of the legalities of obtaining body corporate information, an update and perspective on a recent CSOS case, and updates on the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act signed in May 2024.

We also want to let you know that whilst our next three online courses started on the 22nd July 2024, it is not too late to register - you have up until 5pm on Friday 26th July.

And lastly, a reminder that we have a selection of tools in the form of books, templates, and case studies to help you and your team. Today we focus on the Paddocks Course Notes, which are from courses that we are not currently presenting but are available on our website for purchase in eBook format.

Let us know if you have any queries, and have a look around our site for resources and opportunities to grow in all areas of community scheme management.
