January 2021 (Volume 16, Issue 1)

Hi Paddocks Press fan,

COVID-19: Safety within community scheme common property.

Happy new year from all of us at Paddocks.

2021 has been off to a less-than-stellar start with the announcement of an adjusted level 3 lockdown at the end of December. This has thrown many community scheme executives and trustees into a flurry, trying to figure out what their responsiblilies and duties are under these new regulations.

A question that continues to be raised is, "Are trustees or estate managers responsible to enforce lockdown regulations?" Graham has addressed this issue in this week's Club Q&A. You can read more at the Club Q&A section later in this month's newsletter, or by clicking here.
