Hi Paddocks Press fan,
Announcing two new CSOS Casebook eBooks
Great news! This month, we have launched two new eBooks, both dealing with CSOS Orders:
Compiled and written by two of South Africa's top community scheme experts, Professor CG van der Merwe and Graham Paddock, these eBooks provide an analysis and commentary on the published CSOS Orders dealing with the relevant section of the CSOS Act, including:
- an introduction to the CSOS Adjudication,
- a summary of the facts,
- an explanation of the dispute,
- a summary of both the applicants and respondents submissions,
- applicant's prayer for relief,
- the adjudicator's finding,
- the subsequent Order issued, and
- a final commentary on the case.
These eBooks will be very useful to anyone who owns or manages community scheme property, as it contains examples of how CSOS has dealt with the relevant types of disputes in the past and what to prepare for should you need to make or defend this type of application within a CSOS mediation or arbitration.
These eBooks are available for R395 each from our eBook store:
