Announcing two new CSOS Casebook eBooks
 
Great news! This month, we have launched two new eBooks, both dealing with CSOS Orders:

• CSOS Casebook: Orders in terms of section 39(1)(e) of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act dealing with Recovery of Monies
  Covers some of the Orders that CSOS has issued for the payment, or re-payment, of money

• CSOS Casebook: Orders in terms of section 39(2)(b) of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act dealing with Animals in a Scheme
  Covers some of the Orders that CSOS has issued concerning pets

Compiled and written by two of South Africa's top community scheme experts, Professor CG van der Merwe and Graham Paddock, these eBooks provide an analysis and commentary on the published CSOS Orders dealing with the relevant section of the CSOS Act, including:

• an introduction to the CSOS Adjudication,
• a summary of the facts,
• an explanation of the dispute,
• a summary of both the applicants and respondents submissions,
