Graham Paddock's Semi-Retirement Announcement
 
The status of Paddocks products and services:

• Paddocks Club: Graham continues to operate this online subscription service as normal.
   
• UCT/Paddocks Courses: The top three most popular courses (Sectional Title and HOA Scheme Management and Start and Manage a Managing Agency) will continue to be presented by Ané de Klerk in early 2021—She will soon be sending out details of course dates and fees.
   
• Paddocks Books: These remain available, and Graham is busy writing new books.
   
• Private Consulting: In his semi-retirement, Graham will maintain his interest in community scheme issues and be available to consult with other lawyers—but his focus now is to spend more time with his family and on his hobbies.
