This industry leading course delves into all areas of Home Owners’ Association management, from the design and formation of an HOA, its governance documentation, members, meetings and decision-making, right through to termination. All the law relating to Home Owners’ Associations established as non-profit companies as well as those established as common law associations is covered.

IMPORTANT DATES REMINDER

Book orders
As we will need to process, package and courier paperback book orders, please ensure that any paperback books that you would like to receive this year are ordered and paid for before 8 December. These orders will then be couriered the following week, and any orders that come in thereafter will only be shipped in the week of 8 January 2024.
Consulting
Our consulting team will be enjoying a well-deserved break, so all consulting matters that come in after 14 December will only be attended to in the new year.
