We are very excited to announce the launch of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Navigator eBook.

The STSM Navigator is an interactive subject index that, until now, was only available to Paddocks Club members. It can be used as a learning tool to quickly navigate the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, Regulations and Rules, as well as Graham’s Sectional Title Survival Manual. This eBook also includes the full text of both of these publications.

Subject headings and sub-headings are listed alphabetically and linked to the relevant parts of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, regulations, prescribed management and conduct rules, and to the discussion of that topic in the Sectional Title Survival Manual. With a simple tap of the finger, you can view all of the information on that subject that is contained within these resources.
