November 2024 (Vol. 19, Issue 11)

Greetings Paddocks Press Fan!

This edition of Paddocks Press has two really interesting articles by Professor Graham Paddock where he analyses an important CSOS case, and shares the second part of the series, Top Ten Sectional Title Management Issues. In Jennifer Paddock's article she explores when and how reserve funds may be transferred to the admin fund, while ensuring compliance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011 (the STSM Act) and its Prescribed Management Rules (PMRs). We also hear more from Jennifer about how to take Body Corporate resolutions legally.
